Rivtow Marine is a leading provider of marine services in Port Hedland, Western Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support our operations and ensure the smooth delivery of parts and supplies.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, procurement expertise, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Operations Manager to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and implement process improvements.

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining all storage facilities and ensuring they are well-organized and up-to-date
  • Receiving, processing, and distributing parts and supplies in a timely manner
  • Purchasing and expediting goods as required
  • Collaborating with our Supply Chain Coordinator to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual who is passionate about logistics and supply chain management. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the marine or mining industry
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • LR Licence (or ability to obtain)
