Materials and Logistics Supervisor Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated material and logistics team, manage inventory control systems, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, implement safety protocols, drive cost-efficiency initiatives, and prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the material and logistics department.
  • Optimize stock levels and manage inventory control systems to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve seamless logistics.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement cost-efficiency initiatives and process improvements to enhance overall performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual with extensive experience in materials/logistics supervision, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector. A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and logistics processes, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
