Lead Financial Strategist Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee our organization's financial strategy and drive business growth. As Lead Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans and forecasts, managing cash flow and investor relations, and optimizing ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage cash flow, financing, and investor relations to ensure sustainable funding
  • Implement cost-control measures and financial oversight across all units
  • Lead risk management for commodity price volatility and credit exposure
  • Optimize ERP systems and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years as CFO or VP of Finance
  • Background in agriculture, food processing, or commodity trading
  • Proven experience in fundraising, financial planning, and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and operational finance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
