Senior Finance Leader Sought

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive strategic growth and long-term performance in our organisation. The Chief Financial Officer will provide financial leadership, ensuring the integrity of financial and management accounts.

This pivotal role involves providing the Managing Director with financial insights and strategies to inform decision-making. You will lead and shape finance, administration, and payroll functions to drive governance, growth, and impact at the highest level of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to drive growth and long-term performance.
  • Deliver timely, accurate reporting and insight to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead annual planning, budgets, and cash flow management to optimise returns and investment decisions.
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management across all statutory and regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

  • CPA Qualified (or equivalent) with a relevant finance or accounting degree.
  • Demonstrated success in a senior financial leadership role within an ASX-listed company.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to innovate and drive sustainable growth.
