Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Supervisor to join our project delivery team. This is a pivotal role in supporting the safe execution of major infrastructure works.

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team under the guidance of the Project Manager and Project Controls Manager to embed a proactive safety culture across the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Leadership: Promote and uphold safety-first principles across all construction activities.
  • Maintenance of Awareness: Maintain awareness and compliance with HS&E management plans.
  • Documentation Implementation: Implement and govern project-specific HS&E documentation and systems.
  • Monitoring: Actively monitor construction activities and support the project team with incident management and safety improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in construction, with 2+ years in a dedicated HS&E role.
  • Certification: Qualifications in Work Health and Safety (Cert IV or Diploma preferred).
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Australian Safety & Environmental Regulations, High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
