Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineer to support our team in delivering successful projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction principles and be able to effectively manage site-related activities.

The Construction Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve working closely with the Site Team to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement construction plans, including schedules and resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with the Site Team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in construction engineering, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, including materials, methods, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Project.
