Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to oversee multiple residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all site activities for multiple residential builds.
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines.
  • Effectively manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, office staff, and construction managers.
  • Handle inspections, site documentation, and problem-solving on the ground.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supervising residential volume builds.
  • Certified in building and construction with strong scheduling, time management, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple builds.
  • White Card and current driver's license.
