
Key Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and numbers-savvy Operations Coordinator to support our team's operations.
About the RoleThis hybrid role involves blending structure with flexibility, ensuring projects move smoothly. You will need to be self-sufficient most of the time but have someone to check in with when needed.
- Finance: Bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, forecasting, and reporting using Xero entries and coordination with the accountant
- Project Support: Tracking project budgets and ensuring accurate, timely invoicing
- HR Admin: Providing administrative support for human resources
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in admin and finance within a professional services or technical environment
- Skill with Office 365, especially Excel
- Confidence in using Xero
- A proactive approach to communication and independence in your work
- Qualifications in business or administration
