Are you a seasoned Human Resources professional with a proven track record of driving organisational performance and excellence?

This critical role is focused on executing people initiatives, providing internal support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. As the Regional People & Performance Manager, you will lead and provide human resources management support to our daily fresh Operations across VIC, SA, and WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach that supports high performance and engagement
  • Lead and facilitate change management to ensure organisational change and business development initiatives deliver planned outcomes
  • Enable leaders to improve their performance management effectiveness, leveraging high performers' impact on business results and reducing poor performers' impacts
  • Play a leading role in Industrial Relation management, including Enterprise Agreements (EA) negotiations and award interpretations
  • Partner with leaders to support/manage complex ER/IR cases and provide strategic direction
  • Support the HSE team to drive HS&E initiatives and achieve performance improvement in this area
  • Facilitate effective Talent Reviews and talent management processes
  • Contribute to the development of a more constructive culture and increased employee engagement
  • Ensure sound recruitment, selection, and induction processes are in place and managers are skilled and supported to make informed decisions
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Communications, or Commercial
  • Significant experience at a senior level in Human Resources (generalist)
  • Ability to create innovative solutions based on FMCG experience
  • Demonstrated planning and organising, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with drive and a results orientation
  • Strong working knowledge of IR / ER legislation
  • Demonstrated inclusive communication skills
  • Effective business partner with a strong customer focus and expert influencing skills
  • Good understanding of Safety Culture and strong safety leadership
  • Ability to think outside the box when problem solving
  • Capability to move between advocacy and change management
