Job Opportunity:

The STK Academy Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Academy Pathways Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination and delivery of talent programs
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in the program
  • Provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth operations
  • Build lasting relationships with volunteers, coaches, and regional talent leads
About This Role:
  • Able to work flexible hours to support program delivery and events
  • Comfortable working with diverse groups, including volunteers, junior athletes, and regional stakeholders
  • Able to manage competing priorities with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using computers and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication

Program Overview:

The STK Academy South Hub is a unique talent development initiative that requires an experienced and skilled coordinator to drive its success.

As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in delivering this program and contributing to the growth and development of our junior athletes.
