Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist with operational and administrative tasks related to a regional talent pathway program.
  • Foster an environment that is safe, inclusive, supportive, respectful, and enjoyable for all involved.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as directed by the Regional Talent Operations Lead.
  • Plan, manage, and lead talented player pathway programs to support the development and progression of young athletes.

Core Competencies:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Victorian Talent Pathway program and/or football in the region.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
