A world-leading hearing healthcare group is seeking a customer-focused individual to support clinics in Adelaide on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients.
- Develop knowledge of products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
- Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.
- Previous experience in administration or customer service roles within retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
- Experience working with an older demographic preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
- Relevant qualifications such as Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
- Computer literacy skills.
