Rehabilitation Consultant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to support individuals in their recovery and return to work.

The role involves conducting assessments and providing case management services across various customer portfolios, with the aim of enabling clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting injured individuals with their recovery and return to work;
  • Conducting assessments and developing comprehensive plans for rehabilitation and return to work;
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care and successful outcomes;
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist qualification (with AHPRA registration) or Exercise Physiologist qualification (with ESSA membership);
  • A strong desire to work in occupational rehabilitation;
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement.
