Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Client Service Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead key client accounts, driving exceptional delivery across brand, creative, digital, and integrated campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear leadership, mentoring, and support to your team, helping them do their best work. You will also build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our clients, becoming their go-to advisor.

You will translate business problems and objectives into clear and actionable projects for the agency. Partnering with strategy, creative, media, and production teams, you will turn client problems into impactful ideas and ensure they're delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid experience as an Account Director (or similar senior client service role) in an integrated agency environment, or a creative agency.
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen - you understand how to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
