Finspire Advisers is seeking a Client Services Officer (CSO) to be the welcoming face of our firm and a key contributor to our client experience. This role supports our financial advisers through administrative and client service tasks in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

About the Role

As our CSO, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and support our financial advisers with a range of administrative and client service tasks. This is a dynamic and flexible role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Manage client documents and input data accurately into our CRM.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare documentation, and gather financial information.
  • Implementation Management: Process investment and insurance applications efficiently.
  • Liaison Work: Communicate with fund managers and insurers on behalf of clients.
  • File & Office Management: Maintain digital files and assist with office administration.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure sensitive data is handled securely and compliance standards are met.
  • Event Planning: Support strategic planning events and office activities.
  • General Admin: Assist with ad hoc tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Skills & Qualifications
  • High attention to detail in data entry, spelling, and formatting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise workload.
  • Strong time management and independent decision-making skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in finance or financial services.
  • Experience in a client-facing role within a financial planning firm.
  • Relevant qualifications in financial services (advantageous but not essential).
