Job Details

The Payments Administrator role is responsible for managing transactional activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process domestic and international payments through direct debits, BPAY and third-party transfers.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations between internal systems and external bank records.
  • Maintain accurate records to support audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Support process improvement and documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Reconciliation and payment processing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of finance or fund administration experience.
  • Basic Excel skills including filtering and formulas.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive and reliable attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
