Transformational Early Learning Leader

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Transformational Early Learning Leader to join our Goodstart Epping centre. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a chance to leverage their expertise and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care services
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Assume overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and continuity of service delivery
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early learning professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to building a thriving business. As a Transformational Early Learning Leader, you will work collaboratively with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful relationships with families, and engage actively with the local community networks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, or similar
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with centre staff, families, and the wider community
- Demonstrated knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Ability to use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives
