Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Transformation Office, you will play a critical role in driving digital innovation and transformation across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading Multiple Projects: Execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with organisational objectives and deliver value to our stakeholders.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive digital transformation initiatives, advocating for innovative solutions and practices that improve our services and operations.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leaders, to ensure project goals are met and expectations are managed.
  • Change and Risk Oversight: Proactively manage risks and changes to minimise disruption to project scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Quality and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, including professional certifications such as PMBOK, PMP, Prince2
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing medium to large-scale transformation initiatives in complex healthcare organisations
  • Experience working in a standalone project manager role within a small team, comfortable rolling up sleeves and being hands-on
  • Previous business analysis experience highly regarded
  • Strong stakeholder management experience to executive leadership level
