Senior Early Learning Professional Leader

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Early Learning Professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at our Epping centre. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
About the Role:
- Support the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care, inspiring and motivating the centre team
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, driving positive outcomes for children and families
- Take on overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless operation
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide, promoting best practice and innovation
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a centre leadership position or similar role
- Diploma qualification in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of early childhood education principles
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
