The role of Assistant Director at our Epping centre presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Centre Director, you will play a key role in inspiring and motivating your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

This challenging and rewarding position requires a diploma-qualified individual with a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing best practice in early childhood education. You will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Director, and utilizing the Goodstart Practice Guide to inform your decision-making.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and engage actively with the local community networks. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, and who is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes in early childhood education.

We offer a competitive salary package, including at least $35.93-$37.10 per hour + super, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization. If you have previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, we would love to discuss this opportunity further with you.
