Early Learning Professional Leader Opportunity

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Learning Professional to fill the role of Assistant Director at our Epping centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career, sharpen their leadership skills, and contribute to building a thriving business.
In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team
- Being responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Using and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide
We offer a competitive salary range of $35.93-$37.10 per hour, plus superannuation, as well as a range of benefits including:
