Salary Information: This role offers a competitive salary of $35.93-$37.10 per hour, plus superannuation benefits.
Job Description: As an Assistant Director at Goodstart Epping, you will be responsible for leading the centre team in providing high-quality early learning and care services. Your key duties will include mentoring and developing capabilities within the centre team, supporting the Centre Director in leadership, and managing the centre in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver exceptional early learning and care services
- Mentor and develop skills within the centre team to drive continuous improvement
- Take on overall centre management responsibilities in the Centre Director's absence
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure best practice in early learning and care
