Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer calls and emails, provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, build strong relationships.
- Administrative Support: Data entry, maintain accurate records, prepare invoices, process payments, manage inventory and order supplies, general office administration duties.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, coordinate schedules, manage emergency calls, dispatch technicians promptly.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Xero.
- Experience with SimPro (desired).
