Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer calls and emails, provide excellent customer service, address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, build strong relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Data entry, maintain accurate records, prepare invoices, process payments, manage inventory and order supplies, general office administration duties.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, coordinate schedules, manage emergency calls, dispatch technicians promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Xero.
  • Experience with SimPro (desired).
