We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Execution Leader to drive the successful delivery of our most strategically important initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and introduce and iterate on an approach to Strategic Execution in our new way of working.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for program direction of strategic programs, leadership of Program/Project Managers, building capabilities and frameworks for delivery in new ways of working.
  • They will also be tasked with monitoring and tracking of execution to strategy, enhancing the enterprise-wide quarterly planning process.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs within an Agile environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and understanding of Agile principles at an enterprise level.
  • A strong background in Program Management, including experience designing and implementing processes, frameworks and controls for program delivery.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills for cross-functional teams and chapters.
  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products is a plus.
