Hudson Executive is pleased to partner with a global technology company to appoint an Executive Leader responsible for driving strategic growth and commercial performance in Australia and New Zealand.
This pivotal mandate requires full accountability for translating global vision into high-impact regional execution, driving innovation, digital enablement, and operational excellence across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing executive leadership team, shaping strategy, expanding market presence, and embedding a culture of performance, adaptability, and customer value.

Requirements:
Key Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years in senior executive roles, ideally as a Managing Director, Country Manager, or Regional GM in a global or matrix organisation.">
- Demonstrated success delivering strategic growth and commercial outcomes in complex B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.">
- Proven P&L leadership with accountability for budgets, forecasting, margin optimisation, and long-term value creation.">
- Experience leading digital transformation, organisational change, and innovation programs at scale.">
- Strong commercial acumen in solution selling, channel partnership models, and client lifecycle management.">
- Exposure to M&A, business integration, or scaling operations across multi-jurisdictional markets.">
