**Job Description:**

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on People Partner who can help us build exceptional teams and develop effective people strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement people strategies that align with Canva's mission and values
- Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to coach, guide, and support employee growth and development
- Design and deliver tailored solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure compliance and best practices
- Facilitate leadership development programs and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective people strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive results-oriented initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
