About the Role
The cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities, we own and operate more pubs than anyone. The local pub is where stories are made and retold.
As an engaging people leader, you will be motivated to create memorable moments for our guests and their team. This role is key in supporting the Venue Manager and the team to bring to life our purpose of creating "local" experiences.
A Day in the Life of a People Leader:
Key responsibilities include motivating and inspiring the team to deliver a genuine guest experience, championing team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, day-to-day operations, proactively activating local events and developing marketing initiatives.
What We Need from You
As a hospitality leader with operational experience, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and inspiring, coaching and developing your team.
