Role Overview:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing a world-class experience to employees and leaders through effective administration and coordination of key processes across the employee lifecycle.

This involves establishing people requirements and delivering consistent, personalised support according to agreed service delivery with a focus on our customer: employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and facilitating new starter contracts and documentation
  • Supporting People & Culture initiatives and programs
  • Managing and supporting people leaders and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related systems and processes
  • Supporting ongoing optimisation of People Solutions systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Entry level role requiring a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar

Desirable skills include experience in an HR, P&C, administration or customer service type role and strong time management and prioritisation skills
