Job Title: IT Support Specialist

As a System Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading exchanges. This customer-facing position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.

This is a dynamic environment that demands flexibility, including shift rotation and/or weekend work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with troubleshooting internal and customer issues
  • Maintaining operations and administration of our systems
  • Ensuring adherence to incident management policies and maintaining ownership of production incidents
  • Preparing documentation for troubleshooting and escalation procedures
  • Controlling computer system(s) on schedule using third-party software
">

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Linux Operating System
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience/exposure with financial and investment industries/technologies
  • Basic Unix Shell scripting skills
  • Help Desk or Customer Service experience
