Job Description

Transforming content into visually compelling formats that meet brand standards and deadlines is a key aspect of this role. As a skilled document formatter, you will use Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and other publishing software to create polished, client-ready documents.

Working under the guidance of the document formatting team lead, the successful candidate will contribute to daily formatting tasks and actively develop their technical and professional capabilities. This position is well-suited to individuals with experience as a desktop publisher, word processor, or similar roles focused on document production and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, amend, and finalise a variety of client-facing materials, such as reports, presentations, tables, and charts using Microsoft Office, ensuring alignment with branding and formatting standards.
  • Review documents for accuracy in spelling, grammar, formatting, and brand compliance, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver formatting solutions that are both practical and visually effective.
  • Manage your own workload effectively by prioritising tasks, balancing multiple deadlines, and communicating clearly to ensure smooth and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.
