Business Transformation Specialist

Fantastic 6 month contract opportunity with a view to extend: Work in a great team environment where you will be contributing to business transformation initiatives. The role is a combined work from home/office-based position, allowing you to work anywhere in Australia.

About the Role

You will be working for a leader within the industry in a contract role, focusing on innovative transformation programs. As a Business Transformation Specialist, your primary responsibility is to support and embed change throughout the business.

This involves adopting new systems, tools, and ways of working. Leveraging your communication and stakeholder management skills, you will undertake analysis on key change data points to support our people through the journey.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to developing various change management documentation, including tracking, reviewing, and escalating risks to the team.
  • Prepare communications materials, including content creation and execution in formats such as internal collaboration platforms and videos.
  • Take ownership of preparing and conducting change diagnostics, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change readiness assessment, and gap assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design change solutions, identify interdependencies, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyse data to identify insights like change resistance, prepare reports, and presentations to enable data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have proven successful experience in business transformation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability, and a great deal of initiative, resourcefulness, and sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes.
