Job Title: Transformation Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Communications Specialist to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and drive engagement through effective communications. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders and change professionals to develop and deliver impactful communications for critical change programs.

About the Role:

The Transformation Communications Specialist will be responsible for contributing to content plans for internal channels across Personal Banking, developing communications that align to our Corporate narrative and drive change adoption to deliver business benefits. You will also develop a range of communication materials with a strong focus on digital newsletters and SharePoint content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver compelling communications for critical change programs
  • Contribute to content plans for internal channels across Personal Banking
  • Develop communications that align to our Corporate narrative and drive change adoption
  • Develop a range of communication materials, including digital newsletters and SharePoint content
  • Deliver projects within tight deadlines and manage multiple initiatives
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships and establish yourself as a trusted communications advisor

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing ability, with experience in developing engaging communications and simplifying complex messages
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing effective relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • Proven ability to manage and execute change management communications on high-profile projects (desired)
  • Experience in SharePoint intranet content management and HTML newsletter development using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)
