Aon 2025 Graduate Program – Reinsurance - Sydney

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Reinsurance team as part of our 18-month Launch graduate program. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work across three different teams – Broking, Analytics, and Claims & Accounts – and be exposed to a wide range of projects helping to underpin the ability of Insurers to provide Insurance in Australia and New Zealand.

During your time in Reinsurance, you will work closely with our experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in risk management, insurance, and business development. You will also have the opportunity to participate in structured professional development sessions and receive support from committed people leaders, a grad buddy, and a senior business mentor.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and problem-solving. You will also need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
