About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for identifying, addressing, and reducing risk, ensuring that our ongoing and future legal and regulatory obligations are fulfilled.Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks, including policies, tools, and governance frameworks
  • Maintain and enhance our Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) system, ensuring adequate and timely risk reporting to stakeholders
  • Assess risks and advise relevant stakeholders on the risk management approach, ensuring risks are managed within our company's risk appetite and governance principles
Requirements
  • Previous experience in operational risk, information security, compliance, or audit roles, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet specified deadlines
Desirable Skills
  • ISO certification experience
  • Previous experience in the fleet management, salary packaging, or financial services industry
