Your Responsibilities

  • Support the GM, Risk & Compliance in implementing and enhancing our Risk & Compliance Frameworks.
  • Manage and improve the Governance, Risk & Compliance system.
  • Coordinate regulatory audits and reporting.
  • Provide assurance through control monitoring, incident management, and compliance reporting.
  • Advise on regulatory change and coordinate compliance training.
  • Support investor due diligence and engagement with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant industry qualifications.
  • Experience in risk, compliance, or governance roles, preferably within financial services or real estate/property.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, resilience and internal control frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise and train others.
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and responding to high-tempo environments with resilience.
  • Technical knowledge of GRC systems.
