Risk and Compliance Professional

The role of Compliance Specialist encompasses a range of critical responsibilities. As a key member of the APAC CLS team, you will report directly to the Compliance Director and be accountable for ensuring adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with client entities, transactions, and compliance frameworks.
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review client entities, transaction monitoring, and processing of suspicious hits to ensure compliance with prevailing company policies and relevant legislation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with local regulators, internal audit teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to conduct risk and compliance investigations, provide independent sound advice, and support on client acceptance, as well as prepare relevant risk and compliance management information and reports.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
