Compliance and Risk Professional

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk professional to ensure our business remains compliant with all applicable legislations, certifications, and company values.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regulatory advice, support, and establishing standards and specifications for all products/services that have to comply with government regulations.
The role requires a strong understanding of ISO certifications and auditing techniques, as well as knowledge of and ability to interpret relevant regulation legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify all appropriate external regulatory and compliance frameworks and ensure compliance by the business
- Develop and recommend compliance policy and process which adequately meet all organisation compliance and policy obligations
- Plan and manage the implementation of compliance policies and training programs
- Ensure all new and existing products are registered correctly and/or approved with Government Authorities
- Support security compliance, disaster recovery plans, risk assessment and management
- Support the maintenance of a cyber security risk register and work to identify and mitigate information security risks
- Support the annual recertification of environment and quality International Standards Organisation (ISO) certification
- Coordinate all external audits
