Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Compliance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our risk management framework and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures;\
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies;\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of risk management initiatives;\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices;\
  • Provide training and support to employees on risk management and compliance matters;\
  • Identify and report potential risks and non-compliance issues;\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and industry partners;\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in risk management and compliance.\

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, finance, law or a related field;\
  • Proven experience in risk management, compliance or a related field;\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments;\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders;\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;\
  • Highly developed attention to detail and organizational skills;\
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and information security.\
