Exciting opportunity for an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager in a dynamic organisation.

A leading professional partner supports healthcare professionals throughout their careers. The role champions sound risk management practices and ensures compliance within the People & Culture division, working closely with stakeholders to embed risk culture and drive effective risk management outcomes.

This position requires 5+ years of financial services experience, strong risk management background within People & Culture/Human Resources, relevant tertiary qualifications, executive-level stakeholder management and change management skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, project and time management skills.
