Risk and Compliance Expert
About the RoleThis is a key position that oversees compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring our Private Wealth Management (PWM) business operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and coordinate risk management activities across assigned business units.
- Contribute to the implementation of PWM's Risk Management Framework.
- Support the delivery of the Risk team strategy.
- Assist in license management.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate on control implementation with relevant teams.
We're looking for someone with:
- A degree in law, finance, business, or accounting.
- 5 years' experience in risk and compliance roles and/or relevant business roles.
- Working knowledge of financial services and accounting businesses.
- Financial services experience essential.
- Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Results-oriented with a desire to deliver innovative solutions.
