HealthcareLink, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking talented and experienced healthcare professionals across Australia to join their teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing and Providing Interventions: Conduct thorough assessments and provide personalized interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.
- Patient Assessments and Treatment Plans: Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- NDIS Services: Work within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
- Assistive Technology: Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications.
- Record Keeping and Confidentiality: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Professional Development: Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant Allied Health discipline, such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, or Psychology.
- Registration: Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body in Australia (e.g., AHPRA, SPA).
- Experience: Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a diverse range of patients and conditions.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment: A commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
- Eligibility: Eligibility to work in Australia.
