Job Description

Your new role as a Wellbeing Program Coordinator at Healthcare Australia will play a pivotal part in enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of staff and patients within our healthcare facility.

This individual will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of wellbeing initiatives, fostering a culture of health and wellness throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive wellbeing programs that address the diverse needs of staff and patients.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in wellbeing services and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, HR, and community organisations to promote wellbeing initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Education and Training: Develop educational materials and conduct training sessions on wellbeing topics, such as stress management, nutrition, and work-life balance.
  • Resource Management: Maintain and distribute resources related to mental health, physical fitness, and overall wellbeing, ensuring accessibility for all staff and patients.
  • Community Engagement: Organize events and workshops to foster community spirit and promote wellbeing, both internally and externally.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on program outcomes, participation, and areas for improvement to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure all programs comply with regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in public health, Health Promotion, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, health promotion, or related roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
