We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within legal or professional services, with a strong focus on stakeholder management.

Job Description:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic business development plans in partnership with key practice groups
  • Lead client relationship strategies, including listening programs and delivering on commitments
  • Manage tenders, credentials, and industry directory submissions with the support of a BDM Coordinator
  • Support major projects and events that strengthen our firm's profile and client engagement
  • Identify opportunities across practice groups and industries to cross-promote capabilities
  • Coach and mentor junior BDM team members to grow their skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within legal or professional services (essential)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior partners and clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with talent for translating complex ideas into clear messages
  • Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative approach with passion for continuous improvement and learning
