Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist to join our team in a high-profile program focused on transforming commercial operations. The successful candidate will work closely with product and portfolio teams to shape the future state, ensuring alignment across business units before moving into delivery.

The Transformation Specialist will engage with product, portfolio, and underwriting teams to capture, analyze, and define requirements for underwriting rules and processes. They will work ahead of delivery teams to clarify product definitions and future-state needs, operating primarily in waterfall during the design phase with some later agile involvement.

This is a mid-senior level role that requires strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments. Experience in discovery and design phases is essential, with agile exposure beneficial but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in transformation programs, particularly in commercial operations or underwriting teams
  • Strong experience in gathering and defining requirements for underwriting rules and processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Autonomy and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in discovery and design phases, with agile exposure beneficial but not required
