About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Hexagon's portfolio (products, services, and markets) and act as an expert advisor.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive solution architectures for customer projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, data security, and performance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and software demonstrations to customers.
  • Lead technical requirements for opportunities, including requests for information, expressions of interest, and requests for proposals, and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, drive pipeline growth, and support strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, document, and present innovative solutions that align with our products, services, and customer needs. You will also be a key contributor to our sales strategy, working closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of Solution Architecture experience, with a strong focus on PreSales.
  • Experience with implementing complex enterprise projects in mission-critical/high-availability environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven and demonstrable professional experience in a presales or equivalent role.
  • Public safety domain knowledge or experience with (or understanding of) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) / Mobile Computing is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts and associated legalities; understanding of profit and loss for proposals and responses is highly desirable.
