Digital Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Digital Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Technical Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Elicit requirements from clients and translate them into effective solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
- Develop and configure applications, automations, and insights that drive business value.
- Facilitate workshops and demos to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring alignment, transparency, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with delivery leads, designers, and developers to ensure quality outcomes.
- SUPPORT client upskilling and adoption through training and documentation.
- 5+ Years of consulting experience, including experience in technical or functional consulting with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map and improve them.
- Ability to elicit requirements and turn them into effective user stories or designs.
- Solid knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and ideally Power BI.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integration.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
