Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to implement digital health solutions, driving innovation and expertise in healthcare delivery. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out the implementation of these solutions following a detailed project plan and in accordance with the agreed project scope.

You will lead process assessment and redesign working collaboratively with clients to achieve robust, practical, and beneficial workflows, and configure solutions based on these. Additionally, you will thoroughly understand implementation methodologies and put them into practice, supporting User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing performed by the client.

Solution Implementation:

  • Carry out the implementation of digital health solutions following a detailed project plan and in accordance with the agreed project scope
  • Lead process assessment and redesign working collaboratively with clients to achieve robust, practical, and beneficial workflows, and configure solutions based on these
  • Test digital health solutions using robust procedures to identify and resolve test issues
  • Thoroughly understand implementation methodologies and be able to put these into practice
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and Production Verification Testing performed by the client

Consultancy:

  • Deliver advice, guidance, and recommendations on system configuration and implementation best practice
  • Identify, analyse, and document client business requirements, and ensure these are mapped to test cases and results
  • Identify solution gaps and assist in the development of customisation or other strategies within the project scope

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree and Clinical/Business experience
  • Digital health implementation experience highly regarded
  • Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA) credential highly regarded

The role requires flexibility and travel may be necessary as warranted by project work.
