Job DescriptionRole: PEGA LSA (Certified Lead System Architect)You will play a pivotal role in defining problems, proposing and refining solutions, and driving project outcomes.
You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building, helping shape project scope.
You will have the opportunity to create value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to thrive in a rapidly changing global landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, and solutions design.
- Hands-on experience in application development and Pega frameworks, including Pega v8.x/Infinity.
- Should be certified CLSA (Part 1 & 2) in Pega v8.x/Infinity.
- Pega Smart Claims Engine (SCE) experience is a plus.
- Pega Infinity 24 experience is a plus.
Generating innovative ideas for client challenges using BPM solutions as part of automation assignments.
A deep understanding of business processes and ability to prepare design documents and provide technical effort estimates.
Experience in either J2 EE, web development, or .Net is required.
Develops and demonstrates advanced knowledge of Pega Architecture and design features.
Accountable for ensuring business and technical architectures align with customer requirements.
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
