Drive Organisational Change with Confidence
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving organisational change and ensuring the successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training materials.
- Provide strategic advice to business leaders on change management delivery and ensure end-to-end ownership of transition activities.
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and issues that impact change management activities or program/project plans.
- Work closely with senior leaders to identify and deliver change initiatives through the life cycles of large-scale organisational projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong change management skills with demonstrated experience of implementing and managing Enterprise change functions.
- Qualifications in a relevant field and minimum 8 years of experience in strategic and operational change management leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a commitment to quality customer service.
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills, with evidence of managing complex tasks under tight time constraints.
