">Job Description:At the heart of every successful organisation lies a robust change management strategy. We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead this initiative, driving organisational transformation and ensuring seamless adaptation to evolving business needs.
This role will be instrumental in assessing the magnitude and impact of change, conducting thorough investigations and impact assessments to inform strategic decisions. Developing and implementing tailored change management strategies, methodologies, and frameworks will be crucial in facilitating and promoting necessary changes across the organisation.
The successful candidate will deliver business change improvement initiatives in line with endorsed programmes, managing key milestones, change success, and adoption, while tracking and reporting issues and risks to relevant stakeholders.
About You:
- You possess a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification in organisational change, human resources, organisational psychology, or professional change management.
- High-level experience in supporting wide and complex organisational transformation, with a strong track record of managing multiple initiatives across business processes, systems, digital transformation, and cultural shifts.
- Practical experience on at least one implementation team for a complex and enterprise-wide system or similar significant transformation project.
